Last weekend, I traveled to Oregon for the World Domination Summit (I am still thinking of how to blog about this event).

The day after the event concluded, I took my rental car and drove out to the Mount Hood National Forest. Without much of a plan, I proceeded to follow Lolo Pass Road until I found a trailhead... I followed one car for a few miles, parked in the lot, only to realize that I needed a day pass to continue with my hike...

So I drove ten miles back to civilization, where I bought a $5 day-pass to explore the Oregon wilderness. I then came back and started my hike, only to turn around after one mile where I lost the trail (pictured!). But it was a gorgeous view toward Mount Hood, and I was happy...

(The story continues in my next post).
