Architecture and decoration of a building in Prague, Czech Republic.

I don't know the name of this building (if you do, let me know).

I'm always curious to find out how intelligent the readers of Erudite Expressions are. I didn't do my fair of erudite research prior to posting this entry, so if you can figure out what allegory (or two, or three) are presented on this building, please chime in with your thoughts (either in comments or by contacting me directly). There's no prize for this mini-contest other than me being really impressed with your knowledge...

Note: there are sections of the building that appear to have been painted over; direct your attention to the panel at the bottom that has large black sections (you can see how one man's feet are the only thing left of his apparition).
