![]() Seen in today's entry is an entrance to a small, quaint house in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Most of the houses I saw in Georgetown had the Christmas wreaths on their front doors. I was left wondering if it was a city ordinance or something, that's how peculiar it was. I was drawn to the bold colors and the great symmetry of this house. The location of this house is 1222 28th Street NW, Georgetown, Washington. D.C. I mentioned that this was a small house. How small? Take a look at this image, which I captured at the intersection of 28th and Olive Streets. The detail in this image is the house in the center of the frame! Can you believe how small it is? I thought it was worth photographing, both from a distance and from up-close. ### In other news: my Holiday Prints Sale promotion is over, but due to a technical glitch with Fotomoto, I cannot cancel the coupon code (apparently after a coupon has already been redeemed by at least one user, it is impossible to deactivate the coupon; my coupon was valid for the first ten people to redeem it). I've reached out to Fotomoto about this issue, and they replied that they don't currently offer an ability to set coupons with an expiration period. Long story short: the coupon code B54D54 still works! Just don't tell anyone to use it. Deal? Deal. |
