 A close-up of one of the boat houses in Schönau am Königsee, which I featured in yesterday's post. It's probably impossible to tell, but this boat house is the second one from the left in this picture. It was pretty cool to peer inside one of these; most of the houses had a boat, but a lot of them were also garages, filled with all kinds of tools. After I took this picture, it started raining. A lady walked by with an umbrella, and I wondered why I didn't bring mine. But then I remembered that I didn't need one, and so I continued to explore this little town. In an upcoming post, I'll post a picture of a beautiful light that peered through a mountain peak. As I mentioned yesterday, I will be posting pictures from Bavaria this weekend and next week as well. In the meantime, check out what's new on my prints blog. |
