Today we departed Prague. We woke up early in the morning (after maybe getting two hours of sleep) in order to make the #101 train departing at 7:14AM from Praha Hlavni Nadr (the main train station in Prague; the other train station is the Holesovice, in which I had an interesting adventure) to Salzburg, Austria.

We arrived to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station) at around 2PM. Salzburg Hauptbahnhof was close to the hotel in which I was staying, so I would come back to the area in late afternoon, which is when I captured the image seen in today's entry. There was a triple line of taxis (longer than this row) near this station, but that image will be posted in the future.

When making travel arrangements to Salzburg, someone asked why I wanted to see Salzburg after visiting Vienna (in fact, the same question was posed to me at least three times while already in Europe). I answered, 'How could you go to Austria and not visit Salzburg? Salzburg, is, after all, the birthplace of Mozart!'
