 Today we said goodbye to Austria and drove to Budapest, Hungary. Initially I was planning on getting to Budapest by train, but I traveled with my cousin(s) to Budapest by car. It took about three hours to get from Vienna to Budapest. By the time we made it to the city, ate dinner, and checked in to our hotel, it was late evening (around 7PM). This evening, we took a stroll toward the center of the city. On this brief walking tour, we passed this bar. I used my Canon 35mm f/1.4L lens to capture a man drinking his coffee whilst looking directly at me. I've categorized this image into my B&W gallery. I enjoy presenting the 'street life' of different cities, outside of the usual tourist destinations (museums, palaces, parks, and other landmarks). I've made an effort to capture (more) shots such as the one in today's entry on this European trip, and I'll be posting a number of these images in the months to come. |
