This is another image of Joshua and Jackee - this time of them dancing together - from their wedding. And yes, this is another B&W image (I posted one in yesterday's entry as well).

This shot involved some preparation. In particular, I brought the two champagne glasses together at the table (they were set at the back). I also noticed that one glass had more champagne than the other (the bride's had more champagne than the groom's, if I recall correctly), so I allocated the champagne so that roughly the same amount was in each glass. I then bent down low to get on the same level as the champagne glasses and captured the shot with my Canon 5D and the Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens. One thing I am not thrilled about is the bokeh when shooting with the 50mm f/1.8 lens. I have my eyes set on the Canon 50mm f/1.2L, though in recent days, I figure that the Canon 50mm f/1.4 would work better also (and cost one third the price).

Note: the growing wedding gallery is here. Three things of note are listed here.
