If you've been keeping track of this photoblog over the last couple of days, you might have noticed late postings. I've been very busy and somewhat stressed out.

One thing that's been bothering me is the display/screen on my MacBook Pro malfunctioning. Almost one half of the right side of the screen is out of commission, as can be seen in this screenshot I captured (link). Occasionally, if I hit the display from the right, the crazy lines go away, but only temporarily. The lines come back if I tilt the display slightly, for instance. The experience reminds me of our old family television, which we had to bang (sometimes very forcefully) from the side in order for it to show a proper picture.

If you have any ideas what could be causing that problem on my MacBook Pro, leave a comment. I'll probably go to an Apple Store next week to try to see what I can do. Unfortunately, my MacBook Pro is out of the one year warranty (by about five months), so I am not sure what kind of repair costs I am looking at here.

So, until I figure out a solution, I probably will stop updating my photoblog on a daily basis (trust me, the messed screen is making any kind of work - including photo viewing/editing - a real pain).
