Today, November 4, is election day in the United States.

I've been reading about how some of my friends and acquaintances cast their votes in the past few weeks because they thought they wouldn't have time to vote on November 4. Most of these people spent hours waiting to cast their ballot, with some spending as much as six to eight hours in line.

Today I voted and my experience was excellent: I voted at around 3PM and there were only two people ahead of me in line at the church where I voted. My total wait time to vote was two minutes and twenty-seven seconds (I timed it). After I was done, my reward was the awesome sticker (which I attached to my leather jacket) seen in today's entry. If you voted, how was your experience? Did you experience long lines?

As of this writing, I am shuffling between various web sites and CNN waiting to see the results of today's election.

Update: CNN projects Barack Obama will be next president of the United States of America.
