![]() In yesterday's entry, I mentioned how I really only had one opportunity to capture the beautiful boulevards of Granada. I wasn't even in Granada for a full day, so I tried to make use of the time I had the best I could. So, after arriving to the city, getting settled, and eating dinner, I went out in late evening to explore the city. The stroll from the hotel to the the center proved very adventurous, as I saw fountains, graffiti, crazy lights, and a few other notables along the way. At one point during my stroll, I sat down in a large square with a beautiful cathedral flanking one side of the square. Behind and in front of me, as well to my left and right, were people eating dinner in an outdoor setting (it was between 10PM and 11PM). These diners chose a great night to eat outside: there were thousands of stars visible in the sky, as today's entry attests. I had set up my tripod and captured at least ten long-exposure frames of the scene around me. After ten minutes of photography followed by ten minutes of observing my surroundings, I picked up my gear and proceeded on a road less traveled by to get back to the hotel. |
