 This is the seventh post for the theme 'Culture in Spain.' All of the photos I am posting have at least one person in the frame. I photographed this street performer in a public park in Madrid, Spain. For one euro (or thereabouts), one could pose with this mermaid and get his or her picture taken by a friend or relative. Since I was exploring the city on my own, I was not posing (I was just taking pictures of my surroundings). I have another photo of the mermaid with a less distracting background, but I decided to post this image because I like her facial expression. I've also decided to extend this theme for one more week, so look for more photos with people in the frame for the next seven days. |
