![]() I captured the image seen in today's entry in the picturesque town of Mijas, Spain. If you have been following my photoblog over the last couple of months, you might recall that Mijas sounds familiar. That's probably because you remember when I posted the entry titled 'Overlook in Mijas.' If you haven't seen that entry or don't remember it, click here to see it. It is certainly one of my favourite images that I captured in Spain. As far as today's entry goes: these two older gentlemen were having a sporadic conversation. I say sporadic because they would speak for about twenty seconds, lapse into a long pause, then say something, relapse into a long pause, then speak again. While both men were speaking with one another they hardly ever made direct eye contact (note that the man with the cane was actually speaking during moment of capture of the image; you can tell because the man's mouth is partly open). It was certainly an interesting observation of human interaction. After five minutes of observation (and a few photographs), I proceeded back to the center of town to explore the rest of Mijas. |
