This is an HDR image of the underside of the Daytona central pier. The HDR was composed of three bracketed exposures, and the final result was tonemapped using Photomatix Pro. What I like about the HDR technique for this particular image is that it would have been pretty much impossible to capture the details of the underside of the pier properly with just a single shot; the HDR technique allows everything to be properly exposed, without having to worry about blown highlights or clipped shadows.
