 Pictured here is the Gulf of Finland, about twenty miles away from St. Petersburg, Russia. I really like the dramatic sky in this image, which was post-processed both in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop CS3. I've previously posted entries relating to Gulf of Finland before; these entries may be seen here and here. The dock seen on the right of today's entry was previously featured as a separate entry (click here to see it). In unrelated news: if you've checked my photoblog in the last few days, you might have noticed lack of entries. I had some internet connection problems as well as problems on the server which hosts this photoblog, but things seem back to normal now. I have gone ahead and retroactively posted the entries for the last few days. In particular, I finished off a two-week series on St. Petersburg, Russia with images of Pavlovsk Palace and some treasures from the inside of Pavlovsk Palace. The first entry of the entire St. Petersburg series may be found here. Finally, I have some exciting news regarding the state of Erudite Expressions. April 24, 2008 will mark the two year anniversary since I started posting an image a day on Erudite Expressions.
