Today I received a new lens: the Canon 17-40 f/4L. I am pretty excited about this acquisition. Today, after work, I set out exploring the hidden lake, and came away with this shot. I must admit that the clouds in the image were not taken at the same time as the rest of the scene; these clouds appeared about an hour after this shot was taken. However, it would have been a shame not to integrate them into the picture, so voila!
