 This page describes my approach to engagement and wedding photography... Engagement Sessions •Engagement Session, package 1: Up to three hours of photography. Weddings Weddings are amazing. You prepare for them months (if not years) in advance. In your search for the right photographer, you'll probably see a plethora of wedding packages that photographers offer. More likely that not, these wedding packages will range in price from the restrictive four to six hours of photography to the generous eight hours of photography. So what sets me apart from other wedding photographers? It's that I promise to be there on your wedding day from start to finish. If you are getting ready at eight in the morning, I'll be there. Your reception will last into the wee hours of the morning? No problem because I'll be there. After all, on the most important day of your life, do you really want to worry about a photographer who's working on the clock? I certainly wouldn't. I seek to capture the beautiful moments on your special day, and a lot of the time these moments happen behind the scenes. So I promise you this: by being there all day, you will absolutely get the images that you want. Images that you deserve. Images that you will treasure for years to come. All of my wedding packages include: entire day of photography on your wedding day, 'unlimited' photographs (I typically shoot at the rate of 100 to 150 images per hour), all high-resolution digital images on DVD (post-processed images as well as the digital negatives), an online slideshow, and online proofing (password protected) and purchasing for your convenience. The DVD with the images comes with a limited copyright release, which allows you and your partner to make prints from the photos, put the images on a personal website, and otherwise use the images for non-commercial purposes. I offer four wedding packages, which include all of the above, with the following specifications: •Package 1: 50 post-processed images on DVD (along with the rest of the untouched digital negatives on DVD) + $100 print credit (I am a member of MpixPro, so the quality of the prints is top-notch; see the review of some of the prints I have ordered here). Price: $1400. The difference among the four wedding packages is in the number of post-processed images which you will see on the DVD and the print credit you will receive (please contact me for my rates for prints which you may order via the proofs website). Since I can spend up to thirty minutes (or longer) post-processing a single image, most of my time is spent in the “digital darkroom.” Therefore, I tailor my packages based on the final number of post-processed images which I deliver. As I mentioned, I don't have restrictions on shooting for a certain time period (and I don't like other photographers who choose to charge by the hour). After all, your wedding lasts as long it lasts, and I'll be there the entire time. I also have a detailed price list for à la carte items, such as a selection of different wedding albums, fine art prints, gallery wraps, and many other items. Please contact me for details.
